The firm’s dedicated labour and employment focus enables it to offer significant capabilities across the gamut of related issues, from employment contracts through to representation before the Italian Supreme Court.
As part of its offering, the firm advises on the employment ramifications of strategic corporate projects, including M&A and restructurings. This was evidenced in its advice to an important manufacturing group on a business agreement with another company operating in the same sector, impacting 350 affected workers.
The department also offers prowess in industrial relations. For example, the group assisted a leadig online retailer with negotiating the formal certification of a service agreement before the Labour Commission, relating to 1,500 employees at the client’s Verona factory building.
